What Information do we collect?

We collect personal information from you when you register on our site inoutcash.com (the “site or sub domain”). This function includes a Tell-A-Friend feature.  If you choose to use our service provider to tell a friend about our site, our service provider will ask you for your friend’s name and email address.  We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site. Our service provider only uses your email and name for the purpose of sending this one time email and does not use it for any other purpose.

Where your data is stored

These data centers are designed and maintained without compromise for security or redundancy. Below are the guidelines that are practiced in managing your physical data:

• Keycard protocols, biometric scanning protocols and round-the-clock interior and exterior surveillance monitor access to every one of our data centers.
• Only authorized data center personnel are granted access credentials to our data centers. No one else can enter the production area of the datacenter without prior clearance and an appropriate escort.
• Every data center employee undergoes multiple and thorough background security checks before they're hired.

Assignment or Transfer of Service

We may transfer your data to a third party as a result of a sale, acquisition, merger, reorganization or other transfer (a “Transfer”) involving InOutCash.com or the parent company Value-Centered Solutions, Inc (VCSI). VCSI specifically reserves the right to transfer personal information to a third party in connection with a Transfer.
